All orders are shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. LAF offers USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days) shipping. During a free shipping offer, all items that are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (usually 3-5 day delivery). If you need the items shipped overnight, please send us an email at info@LAFbrand.com and we can give you a shipping quote.
Free shipping offer on qualifying products is only applicable to shipments within the United States.
LAF offers insurance on shipped packages for $2. If you choose not to purchase insurance, LAF is not responsible for any lost packages.

International Shipping & Handling
LAF ships all international packages via USPS First Class International. The customer is responsible for all customs taxes or duties as applicable. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges:
We take great pride in providing our customers a quality product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product within 14 days of receipt. To do so, please email Customer Service at info@lafbrand.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please ship it back using a carrier with tracking information, at your cost. Once we receive the package, we will gladly refund your purchase in the manner it was paid for, less the shipping charges.
To make an exchange, the same above guidelines apply. However, we will ship your exchange order free of charge.
Backorders:
Occasionally, we may have some items on backorder. Estimated arrival dates will be posted prior to your purchase. If for any reason we are not able to receive the product within 14 days of the posted date, we will notify you and you will have a choice to keep the order or cancel.
